Shipping & Returns

Q: What shipping options are available?

Online orders will be shipped through __UPS Ground. Express options are available for a surcharge and that price will be determined based on type of express service and address of final destination.. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We do fulfill orders internationally. However, buyer will be responsible for all duties and shipping charges associated with international shipping. Please contact us for a quote if you are interested in fulfilling an international order.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

We do ship to Alaska or Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico for a surcharge in shipping. Final cost of shipping will be based on speed of delivery and location. Please contact us for a quote.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email. Please also remember that unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or hazardous road conditions may delay shipment of the package. In that instance, we will work together with our shipping carrier to help ensure that you receive your package as soon as possible. Also, during the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, unless there is a problem associated with shipping or a manufacturer defect in which case, the return shipping charges will be paid by PSI Auto Restyling. Only items that have not been used, installed, drilled through, screwed through, painted, or otherwise modified from its original condition is eligible for return. Additionally, the hardware kit needs to be unopened. If the product, upon return and consequent inspection, is found to be counter to our return policy, a restocking fee may assessed according to the level of usage the product is determined to have.

Q: What is the time frame for accepted returns?

The time frame for returns is anytime before 30 calender days from the delivery of the product. After 30 days, the product is no longer eligible to be returned.

Q: What information do I need to start a return and how do I go about starting the process?

You will need to contact us for a relevant RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. When contacting us, please provide the following information:

  1. Date of product purchased
  2. Reason for return
  3. Vehicle VIN number
  4. Other relevant information may be needed at this stage depending on the reason for return. Pictures may be required.

Q: When can I expect the item to be shipped after purchase?

We value your business and we will try our best to send your product out to you as fast as we can.. If we can process the order for delivery that day, we will. However, the maximum handling time will always be one business day and no later. Please keep in mind that our shipping department operates Monday through Friday and will cease operations on some Holidays. For example, If you make a purchase on the Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend, we won’t be able to send the package out for delivery until the following Tuesday after Labor Day.

Q: What is the warranty associated with your products?

PSI Auto Restyling has a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the ORIGINAL customer with protection against craftsmanship or material defects. This warranty is solely applied when the product is used under normal conditions for which the product was designed for. This warranty does not apply to the normal wear and tear of the flares/hardware, modifications, accidents, improper care/maintenance or repair, negligence, or installation of other products or attachments that may affect the fender flares. In no event or time should PSI Auto Restyling be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arriving from the usage of this product.

Q: What are PSI Auto Restyling Fender Flares made of?

They are made from High quality pure ABS virgin automotive grade that are high impact with enough flexibility and rigidity for everyday use. They come with complete UV protection and are further backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against cracking, warping, bad craftsmanship, or other factory related defects that may arise.

Q: Are PSI Auto Restyling Fender Flares Paintable?

The PAINTABLE finish Fender Flares offered by PSI can easily be prepped and painted. In addition the the regular paintable finish where painting can be done post purchase, we also offer FULLY PAINTED products from our store. If you fail to see the proper paint code, please send aus a message and we can verify the paint code you have on your vehicle. If you do decide to paint yourself, we strongly encourage a clear coating after painting with an official automotive paint.

Q: What all comes with every order of Fender Flares?

For every order of Fender Flares purchased from PSI Auto Restyling will come with a complete set of four fender flares, or in some case, separate boxes with a rear pair and a front pair, all relevant mounting hardware (decorative hardware as well if it applies), a complete roll of rubber seal with 3M tape, and a complete instruction sheet for full installation.

Q: Are PSI fender flares difficult to install?

PSI Auto Restyling Fender Flares are fairly easy to install. All relevant mounting and decorative hardware will be supplied. You will existing factory holes in the inner wheel well. If factory holes are not available, self tapping screws will also be provided so that the flares can directly mount onto the sheet metal for a stronger fit.

Q: Will PSI Fender Flares fit my vehicle with BODY/SIDE MOLDINGS?

We strongly encourage our customer to remove the moldings prior to installing the fender flares to help ensure the best possible fit.

Q: How do I clean my PSI Fender Flares?

We strongly suggest you use a fair combination of mild soap and water. It is of great importance that you do not use any chemicals or cleaning agents to clean the fender flares. Using these chemicals may affect the flares finish and overall color.

Q: Can you get the BLACK Decorative HARDWARE package instead of the normal Chrome package?

Yes! We do offer the BLACK Decorative HARDWARE kit as an alternative. It is located in our store and available for any and all of our POCKET Style, Cut Round Style, and POP-OUT Style Fender Flares.

Q: Do I have to use the Rubber Seal for the installation of the Fender Flares?

Yes. It is of paramount importance that you use the supplied roll of rubber seal onto the top edge of the flare. It will help fill in to the contour of the fender as well as protecting the fender if installed correctly. Do not paint the seal as it is made of rubber and paint will be very hard to stick.

Q: What Should I do upon receiving my PSI Auto Restyling Fender Flares?

Open up the package and ensure that all items are accounted for and please inspect the product for any damages that may have incurred during shipping. Upon successful inspection and before you actually start the installation process, please PREFIT the flares onto the vehicle’s boy to help minimize problems that may arise during installation.

Q: Do PSI Fender Flares install over my existing fender flares?

ALL PSI Fender Flares will install onto the fender panel and will require the removal of existing fender flares (like OE) . The FJ Cruiser will be the only exception to the rule. This set will install over EXISTING OE style fender flares.

Q: Can PSI Fender Flares be purchased individually?
