Q: What shipping options are available?

Online orders will be shipped through __UPS Ground. Express options are available for a surcharge and that price will be determined based on type of express service and address of final destination.. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We do fulfill orders internationally. However, buyer will be responsible for all duties and shipping charges associated with international shipping. Please contact us for a quote if you are interested in fulfilling an international order.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

We do ship to Alaska or Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico for a surcharge in shipping. Final cost of shipping will be based on speed of delivery and location. Please contact us for a quote.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email. Please also remember that unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or hazardous road conditions may delay shipment of the package. In that instance, we will work together with our shipping carrier to help ensure that you receive your package as soon as possible. Also, during the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, unless there is a problem associated with shipping or a manufacturer defect in which case, the return shipping charges will be paid by PSI Auto Restyling. Only items that have not been used, installed, drilled through, screwed through, painted, or otherwise modified from its original condition is eligible for return. Additionally, the hardware kit needs to be unopened. If the product, upon return and consequent inspection, is found to be counter to our return policy, a restocking fee may assessed according to the level of usage the product is determined to have.

Q: What is the time frame for accepted returns?

The time frame for returns is anytime before 30 calender days from the delivery of the product. After 30 days, the product is no longer eligible to be returned.

Q: What information do I need to start a return and how do I go about starting the process?

You will need to contact us for a relevant RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. When contacting us, please provide the following information:

  1. Date of product purchased
  2. Reason for return
  3. Vehicle VIN number
  4. Other relevant information may be needed at this stage depending on the reason for return. Pictures may be required.

Q: When can I expect the item to be shipped after purchase?

We value your business and we will try our best to send your product out to you as fast as we can.. If we can process the order for delivery that day, we will. However, the maximum handling time will always be one business day and no later. Please keep in mind that our shipping department operates Monday through Friday and will cease operations on some Holidays. For example, If you make a purchase on the Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend, we won’t be able to send the package out for delivery until the following Tuesday after Labor Day.

Q: What is the warranty associated with your products?

PSI Auto Restyling has a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the ORIGINAL customer with protection against craftsmanship or material defects. This warranty is solely applied when the product is used under normal conditions for which the product was designed for. This warranty does not apply to the normal wear and tear of the flares/hardware, modifications, accidents, improper care/maintenance or repair, negligence, or installation of other products or attachments that may affect the fender flares. In no event or time should PSI Auto Restyling be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arriving from the usage of this product.

If PSI Auto Restyling determines that there exists a covered warranty for the defect, we will replace the product with the same or similar product, or at PSI Auto Restyling discretion, a full or partial refund depending on the defect.
